How do I price pest control by home size online?
Set a rate for each home-size band, and the customer’s price is built from the band they choose. In the starting setup a general pest control visit is $110 under 1,500 sq ft, $130 for 1,500 to 2,500, $155 for 2,500 to 4,000, and $185 above that, plus any add-ons they tick. Every number is editable in a couple of minutes, so the routine jobs that make up most of your week book without an inspection.
Can customers sign up for quarterly service?
Yes. General pest control runs one-time or every three months, and the customer picks the cadence and a start date at booking, then saves a card on file. The quarterly visits schedule themselves and each one is charged after it is done through your own Stripe, so a standing plan is booked from a single sign-up.
What about jobs I need to inspect first?
Leave those as a quote request and price the routine work online. A termite job or a heavy infestation can come in as a request with the customer’s details so you can inspect and quote it, while general pest control, initial treatments and mosquito service book at a set price. You capture the lead either way, and the ordinary work books itself.
